12 June 2002 I spent most of yesterday re-organizing my hard drive and doing downloads and installations. Most of them went so smoothly it was almost worrisome. I was especially impressed with the Eudora upgrade, which didn't even have to ask me where my old mail folders were. It just found and opened them, without any wait while it searched, even. I shut it down, deleted the old Eudora, and moved its folders (with my actual mail and stuff) to a new location, and re-started. No hesitation. No wait. Just the opening copyright screen, and then it opened the windows I keep open and asked for my password. (Somehow, I'm down to less than a quarter of my hard drive being free, though. What the heck ate four gigs of space???) Today: iPhoto.
Thus continues my insidious plot to make everyone have at least one character of the opposite gender! Mua-ha-ha! (Well, okay, not really.) It's taken me almost an hour and a half to write this tiny short entry. Why? Because Jeremy keeps distracting me, damn it. (I'm thinking that daylilies in red and orange and yellow would make a nice border along our ditch... Ooh, and they have strawflowers, which I loved as a kid... And...) All Jeremy's fault. Someone remind me of that when fall arrives and I throw my back out planting bulbs. |
Last Year: - This was a little disjointed, I know. I just wanted to say whatever came out.
