This month's On Display assignment is to write an entire entry using nothing but lyrics.

What would an angel say? The devil wants to know... Everybody knows it's all about the things that get stuck inside of your head.

I've been waiting to awaken from these dreams - but since when is dreaming a crime?

I've got my mind made up, but I need more time. I drove around for hours... It's funny how I feel so much but cannot say a word.

She's in a family full of eccentrics. She's beautiful. She thinks I'm beautiful. Here she is again on the phone - just like me, she hates to be alone...

"Don't you think you want someone to talk to?"

"You're the best friend that I ever had - I've been with you such a long time... Do you ever wonder what it is that holds your life so close to mine?"

"There is no reason, and the truth is plain to see - a momentary lapse of reason that binds a life to a life..."

"You scared me when I met you."

"No one told you life was going to be this way."

"I'll be there for you, like I've been there before. I'll be there for you, 'cause you're there for me too."

"Life is full of wonder, and love is never wrong."

"Sunrise, sunset - swiftly go the days... I will remember you - will you remember me?"

"Don't worry about the future."

I can't even make sense of this... I will speak no more.
