Well, here we are. Another Feast Of Liz. You know, I really thought this would die after the first year, but it continues... I have a package from Karen waiting for me at the post office that I need to go pick up after this morning's staff meeting. And Matt decided to get into the act this year - he fed the cat and made lunches even though it was my morning to do it, and there's a new CD in my briefcase just waiting to be listened to, and another present at home that feels through the paper like a DVD.

I just have the bestest friends and the greatest sweetie...

Y'all have a happy Feast Of Liz!

Sometimes, I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

My Claratin prescription ran out around the middle of last week. "No sweat," I thought, "I haven't been sniffling much lately anyway. It'll wait until my Synthyroid prescription comes through, too."

Somehow, it never occurred to me that perhaps the reason I hadn't been sniffling much lately was because I'd been taking my allergy medicine!

So I called it in, and maybe I can call the doctor's office and get them to call in my Synthyroid prescription today, too, so I can pick them both up at once.

I feel sort of like I should apologize for all the short entries I've been posting lately. It's not that I have nothing to talk about, but that a lot of what's on my mind is 1) not very interesting, even to me (e.g., work); or 2) not really for public consumption. Not yet, anyway.
