September 2002

It didn't really feel like three days, and I'm not really ready to be back at work, but three days is better than two!
Astonishing. I actually had a productive day yesterday.
Or maybe I'll just sit here being easily distracted by whatever weird little things happen to pop into my head. It seems more likely...
So, though I spent several hours working, I didn't ever actually get anything written.
Every time I go over to K.T.'s house, I find myself staring in awe at the binder, which contains the printouts of everything we've accomplished.
You find your friends where you look for them.
A little after midnight, we conceded that we weren't actually tired yet, and got up again.
I'm already ready for it. Soon, now. Soon.
And I may yet pop out another thousand or so today.
Nah. Let's not get crazy, here.
  Everyone has a box.
Two hours of my life I'll never get back.
I've never come so far on a single project before.
It's not much of a silver lining, is it?
Maybe next year it'll be me. Who knows?
These are not scenes at which I excel. Stilted dialog, stuttering movement, a complete lack of necessary tension...
  My gods, the smell.
This has been a job for... Random Woman!
  Accomplishment is...
  Sunday... Sunday was Baby Day.
