Almost there! I'm at work today, but then off again for three days. Whoo!

It was a pretty good weekend. Relaxing. I made the peppermint pie that will be Christmas dinner's dessert, and we watched some videos, and we generally hung around and were lazy. I did some reading, and some crocheting, dorked around on the computer a lot...

Like that. It was good.

I was up at 8:30 on Saturday morning, but Sunday, for the first time in nearly a month, I really got to sleep in - I didn't get out of bed until nearly 9:30. Wow, did that feel good.

It was kind of shortlived, though. I didn't go to bed until nearly midnight last night, and it took me forever to fall asleep, and I must have woken up a dozen times. I'm not the most chipper camper this morning.

But who cares! I'm only working one day, and then I have three off! One of which is Christmas!

Presents! Food! Pretty lights! Yay, Christmas!

I wonder how many people are going to be in the office today. I know there's at least two others, because I heard voices a few minutes ago. And Random is coming in, so that'll make a minimum of four.

There's almost certainly going to be more than that, but by the same token, I know for a fact that most of the managers, at least, are out all week.

I'm taking advantage of the quiet office to print out the novel so that I can start red-penning in January. With fewer people here, it's less likely that someone will pick up an erotic chapter with their accounting reports.

Anyhow, it was a very nice, but fairly uneventful weekend. I presume there will be more events over the Christmas holiday. Keep an eye on my blog, have a Merry Christmas, and I'll be back on Friday!
