Why, when I have so little actual work to do, am I feeling harried and rushed?

I've got two presentations to put together. I can have both finished in about an hour.

I've got two audits to write up. Again, both will take me about an hour. Tops.

I've got a training session to coordinate. That's ten minutes of my time.

I've got a chiropractor appointment - that's about an hour. (And much needed, too.)

The weather's reasonable, so Dad and I will walk sometime this morning. Half an hour.

Matt's got his allergy shot this afternoon, so he'll be dropping Penny off with me around 4, but that's when I'm done with work for the day, anyway.

And he may play basketball this evening, but that's fine, too. Sesame Street and dinner fill up most of the time Matt's usually gone, anyway. And if she's as cranky tonight as she has been the last couple of nights, I may move bathtime up a notch and try to get her to bed a bit earlier. If she's going to be getting up at 5:45 anyway...

So anyway. Yeah. Feeling a bit hectic, even though I only have four hours' worth of stuff planned for my work-day. It's weird, and I don't know why.

Maybe it's because Penny's been so cranky lately.

Ah, well. Maybe if I can manage to get most of my stuff done before I go to my chiropractor appointment, I'll feel a little more relaxed about the afternoon.
