September 2005

  Happy September! Happy birthday, Mom!
Maybe I'll treat myself to a cup of coffee to try to wake up.
The weekend was good. The weather was gorgeous.
A moment of excitement which can only truly be understood by other parents.
But today I'm feeling irritable, so I'm making mountains of molehills.
Just then, the warning bell goes off in my head, but it's too late.
  Whew. Two-ness averted.
But she's building up quite a repertoire.
I hope I stumble on it soon, or I'm going to be getting a lot tireder.
But I'm trying to decide, as I look around my office, what to keep and what to junk.
I'm kind of looking forward to how this turns out, now.
Saturday afternoon, we all piled into the car and headed down to Chesapeake for K.T.'s annual Thanksgiving Is Too Damn Far Away turkey dinner.
  I. Hate. Mondays. And I hate the Tuesdays that come after Mondays.
Wow, I have the bestest friends ever.
Ah, well. You win some, you lose some.
Every time I woke up a little bit to roll over? Between!
Which is not to say that it wasn't fun.
I can appreciate the emphasis, but not the omission.
One of these days, I'll get back to my own writing world. No really. I mean it.
I'd rather be busy than bored, most of the time.
Which was... sweet, if kind of 7th-grade cheeseball.
