19 July 2006

Let's see... Got a meeting from 10-noon, and then a training session from noon to 1. I have two documents to review, with possibly more coming later (though at least the one we're actually delivering today is already on my desk). I've got audits backlogged, and revisions to do that I've been ignoring for almost a month now. And it's a Jazzercise day.

So, yeah, tolerably busy.

And yet, what am I doing? I'm reading through the archives of Count Your Sheep, that's what I'm doing. It's too utterly adorable for words.

And also -- since it features a small child... too, too true.

Scrapbooky: I finished off another two pages last night while Matt was at baseball, so I've only got four pages left to do until the family album is caught up to the end of June. I'm going to an all-day thingy on Saturday with K.T. and Elizabeth. I'll be working on my high school album there -- that way I don't have to lug my whole paper collection, just the orange and neutrals.

K.T. likes to complain about the fact that her high school and college both had green and gold for their school colors, and she hates the combination. But at least she doesn't have two schools' worth of orange, for petesake. Oh, well. At least my high school mascot was cool, as opposed to VA Tech's turkey, for petesake. I found some neat tiger-striped paper to use that will hopefully make all the orange a bit more palatable.

Penny let me put pigtails in her hair this morning. I even got them almost even! Go, me!

She's so cute with pigtails, I wish she'd let me put her hair up more often.

Guess I'd better stop stalling and get on with the day.
