Ooh, it's Friday the thirteenth! SpooOOOooooky.

Hey, photo of the week! Last week's challenge was Blessing. To which I offer this:

This was at Nag's Head. I came around a dune and found this nestled at the base. I thought it was very poignant, and I loved the color on the pot. I still wonder what it was for. It touches my own sense of spirituality.

It promises to be a busy weekend. Well, a busy Saturday, anyway.

Williamsburg Farmer's Market is open Saturday morning, and I'm half-pondering taking Penny out to there to run around in the fresh air (it's an open-air market) and look at the stuff for sale and give Matt an hour or so of peace and quiet.

Then I've got a baby shower to attend just after lunch, and then my parents are taking Penny so that Matt and I can have our anniversary celebration. (Our anniversary isn't actually until next week, but next weekend wasn't available for my parents.) We have dinner reservations at what sounds like a really great little restaurant -- high-class food, with a touch of whimsy.

Sunday... we're going to do our damndest to sleep in.
